VOLUNTEER
REFUND POLICY
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued. In the case of an event cancellation, credit will be offered for a future event year.
POLICE SUPPORT
This year there will be no rolling stop with the police motorcade. You must abide by all traffic laws. Police support for all routes will end at 3:00 pm. The tour rides are NOT a race.
REGISTRATION
Online entry for the 5K Run, Mini Kids Tour and Tour Rides will stay open throughout the weekend.
In person entry for the 5K Run, Mini Kids Tour and Tour Rides start Friday, January 17 at 4:00 pm at Rotary Park. Credit card only will be accepted on day-of registrations.
HELMETS
A U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) approved helmet is mandatory for all bicycle tours. There will be no exceptions. In Florida, a bicycle is a vehicle and must obey all traffic laws.
EVENT SHIRTS
All participants who register prior to Wednesday, January 1, 2025 are guaranteed to receive a shirt.

You must be registered by Wednesday, January 1 to receive a performance style shirt! Unisex & women style shirts are available with the performance shirt.
